Please have the following documentation with you at the time of the signing. If you do not provide these documents, I will not be able to complete the service.

Two current forms of valid ID (one must be government-issued with a photo, such as a driver’s license or passport)

Any additional signers who are required to sign the documents — each must have their own valid ID

Witnesses, if required for your type of document (unless otherwise arranged)

I can typically accommodate signings within 24–48 hours, and I always do my best to schedule last-minute appointments as quickly as possible.

The client is responsible for arranging them unless otherwise agreed.
